CrossFit

Our core offering is CrossFit, which aims to develop all areas of fitness. Follow this program and you will get fitter, faster and stronger. Designed for all levels, the constantly varied, high-intensity workouts are measurable, scalable and a whole lot of fun. All you have to do is show up and we will do the rest.

Every class will include, a warm up, mobility piece, workout and cool down. Our small class sizes mean you will always be watched and coached. Class should feel like working with a personal trainer - whatever your fitness level, we will meet your needs in a fantastic, supportive community.
