CrossFit Muskoka is not an 'open gym' - that is you don't come through the door at your leisure and do your own thing.
Every time you train, you are professionally Coached.
Classes are at predetermined times and are 1 hour in length.
A workout - the WOD (Workout Of the Day) - is prescribed as well as several 'scaled' (reduced load, duration, volume etc. without impeding the core goal of the workout) iterations. All attendees participate together. Elements of the workout (time to complete, loads used, number of rounds completed etc.) are recorded and utilized to track your progress over time.
Members may attend as many classes as they like.
All members must graduate from our 'Foundations Program' before participating in regular classes.
