Q: I'm looking for something that delivers quick and easy results, can you help?
A: Our programming and methodology is extremely effective and efficient - changes in your performance and your body will be apparent in short order. Easy is another story. CrossFit is hard. It's hard mentally. It's hard physically. Anything worthwhile requires both effort and discomfort. The belief that we can make changes to our health and fitness without sacrifice, commitment and good old fashioned hard work is the epitome of naivety. If you want easy, keep looking. Q: I've checked out your site and www.crossfit.com - this stuff looks scary! Can I really do this?
A: A resounding, hell ya! We have trained everyone from people in their mid sixties several weeks out of heart surgery to teenagers in the prime of their youth. CrossFit is for anyone. You CAN do this!
Q: How good of shape do I have to be in to get started?
A: Your current level of conditioning is irrelevant. Everyone starts at the same place - the beginning. We are professionals and never work anyone beyond the scope of their capabilities.
Q: I've heard CrossFit is dangerous and that you don't care about technique - what's the deal?
A: Not only do we care about technique, we obsess over it. Ask any of our members if they think they are lacking technical instruction or are desiring more technical correction.
All of our exercises, movements and workouts adhere to a progression - Mechanics -> Consistency -> Intensity. Ruthless enforcement of solid Mechanics (do it right once) leads to Consistency (do it right multiple times) in capacity. Then, and only then, we apply Intensity (FxD/t. Yes you read right - it's NOT related to heart rate!). Intensity is your shortcut to fitness.
Q: Why don't you advertise your pricing, do you have something to hide?
A: We don't have anything to hide - we are committed to providing our members with the best service possible. This includes keeping 'tire kickers' at bay. We are all about commitment. Our system harnesses the power of sport and utilizes the development of our club's 'community' to ensure all member reach their full potential. We are a team. If you can't take 1 hr. to come and try our FREE intro session, you definitely don't have what we are looking for in our members. That being said, our sessions average between $5 - $12/session (depending on commitment length). $5-$12/session for professionally coached, better than personal training, cutting edge CrossFit classes that deliver real results - unprecedented, incomparable value.
Q: Why do your competitors charge less?
A: First off, we have no competitors. There is no one in Muskoka doing what we do.
Second, they don't. We offer incomparable value - walk through our doors and find out for yourself.
We offer a professionally coached, authentic functional strength and conditioning program. We are not just here to change pins and count reps - we are teaching you to move your body in the most efficient and effective manner possible. We take complicated exercises from highly technical disciples, such as Gymnastics and Olympic Weightlifting, and make them possible for advanced athletes and soccer moms alike. We will get you in the best shape of your life - and we will do it for less than most people spend each month on text messaging or McDonalds.

Q: Why should I choose CrossFit Muskoka over other gyms?
A: You shouldn't necessarily. I know your thinking - "they just said CrossFit is for anyone". We definitely did and we meant it. To clarify, CrossFit is for anyone, but it's not for everyone.
